Alex Geiger DMD is a highly skilled, Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Alex is passionate about providing patient-focused care and has dedicated his career to helping patients improve and maintain their oral health.
Dr. Alex earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2015, following his undergraduate studies at Penn State University, where he graduated in 2010. He went on to complete his comprehensive surgical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch, mastering advanced techniques in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Alex’s work and extensive training in all aspects of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery focused on a wide range of advanced procedures, including the management of impacted teeth, dental implants, complex orofacial infections, trauma & reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, microvascular surgery and nerve repair.
Originally from Langhorne, PA, Dr. Alex is very excited to return to his roots in Pennsylvania to serve the local community in a comfortable and supportive environment.
